6RA80 DC Governor RSS80-S02-2000
1: Single device output rated armature current: 160A ~ 4000A, rated excitation current: 10A~ 50A. The rated armature current output after parallel connection of the device can reach more than 8000A.
2: Input voltage level: 230~1200 V.
3:A variety of communication methods,such as PROFIBUS, CAN-BUS, DeviceNet, USS protocol.

Control unit:
1. Siemens speed regulator with low power is adopted, and its internal power supply, detection circuit, protection circuit, trigger unit, excitation power, terminal and other units are reformed, as well as the internal software is refreshed, so that it can achieve high performance comparable to the original DC speed regulator.
Power unit:
2.& Power unit adopts high quality thyristor. DC speed governor below 850A adopts modular thyristor, radiator adopts plate type, body is not charged. 900A above DC speed governor adopts cake-type thyristor, radiator adopts profile structure, and the body is charged. The armature circuit of the structure is a three-phase bridge circuit, and the power part of the single-quadrant working device is a three-phase full-control bridge. The power part of the four-quadrant working device is divided into two three-phase full-control bridges, and the two three-phase full-control bridges adopt anti-parallel mode. Single-phase semi-controlled bridge circuit is adopted for excitation circuit.
3. In the thyristor with poor heat dissipation environment, Siemens temperature detection elements are installed to monitor the thyristor overheating. When the temperature exceeds, feedback is given to the device to realize automatic control.
4. Pulse trigger:
In order to eliminate false triggering, pulse interference of main circuit and trigger safety of high power thyristor, pulse amplifier unit is added between pulse output of control unit and thyristor.
5. Cooling parts:
The cooling mode is changed from the traditional top exhaust type to the bottom blowing type structure composed of turbine cooling fan, which greatly increases the heat dissipation effect of thyristor and improves the working efficiency of thyristor. The power unit is partially cooled by forced air cooling.
